About me

I’m Elisa, mother, Positive Psychology Practitioner, and founder of Soulful Rebuild. My journey has been one of growth, resilience, and deep self-discovery, shaped by challenges and transitions that taught me how to rebuild my life with purpose. As a single mother, I understand what it means to navigate social expectations, balance multiple roles, and, in the midst of it all, feel the need to reconnect with your own identity.

I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and have spent years supporting women through transformative periods of their lives. My work is grounded in empowering women during times of transition, particularly through separation and divorce, helping them overcome challenges, regain their confidence, and design a life that fulfils them.

In addition to my academic background, I’ve expanded my expertise with certifications in Somatic Therapy, meditation, and 300-hour yoga teaching, which I integrate into my work to help women heal, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their potential. Having lived in five different countries before returning to London, I’ve experienced first-hand the resilience required to rebuild from the ground up and create a life rooted in authenticity and self-knowledge.

My approach combines Positive Psychology and coaching tools to build resilience, strengthen self-esteem, and foster lasting wellbeing. At Soulful Rebuild, my mission is to offer a safe, compassionate space where women can free themselves from the limitations of societal expectations, reclaim their identity, and create a future they truly deserve. I’m here as someone who has walked this path, to guide and support you as you reclaim your power and thrive in the life you choose.
